3 Strategies of Self-Defense

What would you do when faced with a violent situation? Here are my top 3 strategies for self-defense.

What would you do when faced with a violent situation?

Here are my top 3 strategies for self-defense.

Avoid

Dangerous situations can happen at any time and location, so if you suspect something is about to take place, avoid it in the first place.

How do you do that?

Keep an eye on your surroundings and avoid going to the rougher parts of town. Make sure you have someone with you if you go out at night.

A night out is normal, but pubs and bars are dangerous places where some people become violent. Consider the risks before taking action.

Run

If you can't avoid a dangerous situation and get caught up in it, your best option is to flee.

Everyone knows that the goal is always to avoid fighting so that nobody gets hurt. Run as fast as you can until they can’t catch up or you have lost them.

Sprint training is essential in the Survival Fitness Plan and Parkour, where you can use it to run and escape from these types of situations.

Blitzkreig

What would you do if you were cornered or came to a dead end?

To defend yourself, you have to fight back.

Blitzkrieg is a fighting strategy that you can employ.

Go in as hard and fast as you can, resulting in as much damage to your opponent as possible in a short amount of time.

Conclusion

Always remember that fighting is the last option, but if you have no other choice, go all in.
