Self-Defense Against School Bullies

Do you or your kids get bullied at school or work?

Discover exactly how I’d handle the situation in this article.

Ignore Them

Many people have been bullied and are unsure what to do because taking action and speaking up causes them to be bullied even more.

If someone approaches you and begins teasing you, ignore them because the less they see you paying attention to what they are doing, the more bored they become and move on to someone else.

Give as Good as You Get

Another approach is to give them as good as you get.

If they tease you, tease them back, but nicely and playfully. Don't show them how it bothers you and makes you upset.

Remember not to get carried away because you also become one when you do it to others.

Jail Theory

What if they physically harm you?

That is a different story.

If something like this happens, you can use basic self-defense, which I call the jail theory.

If you are new to a place and a group of individuals bullies you, start hitting one of them so they know you are a fighter. Even though they know they can beat you, they won’t risk getting beaten up either.

Conclusion

Your main goal is to stand up for yourself.

Keep in mind that there are consequences to every action you take, so be cautious and limit the harm you cause to others, especially while fighting back to protect yourself from physical harm.
