I May Have Gone Overkill On Certifications... 🤦‍♂️

I finally signed up for my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) course.

Although I’m Australian, I decided to skip the local certifications because they are incredibly strict and require a lot of physical presence.

Instead, I went with NASM. They are internationally recognized and easily one of the most respected certifiers in the game

The "Deep End" Strategy

I didn't just stop at the CPT. While I was at it, I signed up for a massive lineup of specializations:

  • Corrective Exercise & Performance Enhancement: To build a better foundation.

  • MMA Conditioning: I’m stoked about this because it ties directly into the Survival Fitness Plan.

  • Virtual Coaching: To sharpen how I work with people online.

The 6-Month Roadmap

Once I wrap those up (which should take about 6 months), I’m diving into more niche territory:

  • Pose Method: For high-efficiency running.

  • Blood Flow Restriction: This will be for the physical studio I’m setting up to help with recovery.

  • FRC & ATG: Focusing on functional range conditioning, mobility, and that "knees over toes" style of longevity.

Behind the Scenes

On the business side, I’m concurrently diving into viral video creation and Facebook ads.

I just started yesterday, so hopefully, the short-form content you see starts getting a lot better soon.
