I had never used a wrestling dummy before, but have been wanting for years, so I was really exited to try it out.

Honestly, it's really good. It's very well made and is perfect to practice your BJJ drills.

Setup was a bit of a b*tch though. I decided to use the filling from an old punching bag. It took a good couple of hours to stuff, mainly because of the arm and legs. Once they were done, it filled really fast.

You also get all the it needed to mount it if you want, so you can practice takedowns and stuff, but I didn't get that far. It doesn't include instructions on how to mount it (or I threw them out), but it's looks easy enough. Or probably you can reach out to them and they'll point you to them online.

Other than the setup, the dummy is great. I recommend it.
