Mental

Parkour training includes mental aspects such as overcoming fear.

You learn and experience new skills and techniques when you begin training in parkour. The typical reaction to doing something you have never done before is fear.

However, as you progress, you will notice that you can conquer the feeling and improve.

Physical

Physical benefits of parkour training include increased strength, flexibility, and endurance.

These elements are useful in parkour because they serve as the foundation for the various skills that you will utilize.

Conditioning your body with various exercises is necessary because it ensures your safety and prepares you to perform more advanced techniques.

Technical

Lastly, there is the technical aspect, in which you execute the moves and techniques you have practiced for a long time.

You want to master the fundamentals before moving on to more advanced ones.

Being brave and fast is not enough because you need to know how to do it properly to avoid injuring yourself rather than succeeding.

Conclusion

Parkour training has three elements: mental, physical, and technical.

Note that these are not in any particular order, but remember that they are all important and connected.
