Parkour Gear Vlog

Shoes

The Survival Fitness Plan puts a focus on minimalism and specifics in different areas of activities.

Having the appropriate gear makes parkour training safer. You can get shoes made specifically for parkour that have strong soles to protect your feet and use them anytime you practice.

Tracksuit

Some people choose loose clothing because they find that practicing is more enjoyable and pleasant when they enjoy the clothes they are wearing.

But for parkour, a tracksuit is preferred because it makes it easier to move around while practicing various techniques and developing your skills.

Obstacles

It can be challenging to find a place where you can practice, but if you do, make sure it is safe and has obstacles so you can practice your moves.

Although it's not necessary a piece of equipment you should own, you should take this into consideration as you train parkour.

However, you can perform simple conditioning exercises if you can't find a spot. Training for anything is always preferable to doing nothing.

Conclusion

Wear sensible clothing if you don't have any particular equipment or don't like to wear it.

In order to be ready for uncertain events, try wearing as you might if you were in an emergency.
