Fitness

Parkour is an excellent sport to teach and learn for children because they get the same benefits as adults and may even benefit more.

Fitness is an important part of our lives since it keeps us healthy and prevents illnesses.

Nowadays, technology has impacted society, causing individuals to be less active by sitting at home and focusing on using electronics for entertainment and more.

Parkour is a great method to stay fit because it incorporates a lot of activity that works out the entire body.

Confidence

Overcoming your fears increases your confidence significantly.

We are more likely to feel anxious when faced with unexpected situations in life, yet engaging in activities like this broadens our knowledge and abilities in areas we were unaware we had.

Parkour involves many techniques and skills that you should practice, and while it may cause fear, it also strives to help you improve and motivate you to reach your goals.

Socializing/Bonding

Teaching children parkour gives them something to do for fun and allows you to form meaningful bonds with them.

This activity can help develop one's social abilities, especially if they go somewhere where other children are training for it, where they can make friends and practice skills with them.

Conclusion

Learning parkour is similar to learning martial arts in that it teaches specific discipline, fitness, and a socializing structure applicable to other areas of life.
