Whatever you are prioritizing (the thing you actually want to keep doing) make it the very first thing you do every day.
How I Apply This
Health & Training: As soon as I wake up and drink some water, I train. It’s my top priority, so it happens every day except for recovery days.
Daily Content: After training, I create my daily post.
Skill Building: When I was learning Spanish, I’d study for two hours immediately after my workout.
Why It Works
By tackling your priorities first thing, you ensure they get done before "shit hits the fan."
Even if the rest of the day goes sideways, you’ve already won by accomplishing your most important tasks.
