The Survival Fitness Plan training manual is starting to take shape.
It’ll evolve, but this is the clearest version so far.
The whole thing stays true to the core SFP principles: simple, minimalist, and aggressive when needed.
Anyway, here’s a quick rundown of what I’ve got so far:
Introduction
A quick welcome, what SFP is, and why the system stays so lean.
Prepare To Train
This section is heavy on mobility. Before anything else, you learn how to move pain-free so you can actually train. Mobility is the foundation.
It also includes nutrition and maybe some other stuff.
Strategy
The overall strategy is simple: minimalist, efficient, and only aggressive when the situation demands it.
Flight Skills
This is your conditioning engine. Strength. VO2 max. Running technique. How to run efficiently and fast. Everything that builds the capacity to escape.
Fight Skills
The biggest section. Scenario-based. You learn the base techniques, then apply them: “If this, then that.”
I’m still refining the exact format, but the idea is clarity under pressure.
Daily Training Plan
Once you’ve learned the theory and the skills, this section shows you exactly how to train each day.
It’s Gonna Change
No doubt this will change a fair bit as I start writing each section out.
But I think it’s a decent preliminary outline. At the very least, it gives me something to start with.
Self-defense + Parkour + Fitness = You're Unstoppable!
