Most people think health and wealth are complicated.
Im not saying either is easy, but the rules to follow for achieving both are simple.
Rule 1: Pay Yourself First
People who thrive (financially or physically) invest before they spend.
In money, it’s setting aside 10–20% before anything else.
In health, it’s giving your body the first slice of your day.
Movement. Food prep. A walk. A micro-session.
It’s the same principle:
You invest → you grow.
You delay → you decline.
Rule 2: Spend Less Than You Make
The wealth version is obvious: live below your means.
The health version is even simpler: consume less than you burn.
Eat just enough.
Avoid what drains you.
Stay out of “metabolic debt.”
And just like with money, some “expenses” destroy you faster than others.
Ultra-processed junk. Sugary drinks. Calorie bombs disguised as meals.
They hit your system the same way high-interest debt hits your wallet: fast and hard.
Rule 3: Have Patience
Everyone wants the shortcut.
But most shortcuts backfire.
Yo-yo diets = lottery winners who go broke.
Quick fixes = temporary bumps followed by bigger crashes.
Real change is built the same way fortunes are built:
small actions → repeated daily → compounding quietly.
Patience isn’t passive...
It’s a strategy.
The Payoff
Master one area and you can copy-paste the formula into the other.
Health and wealth both reward consistency, restraint, and long-term thinking.
3 rules. 0 complexity. Infinite upside.
