This is a great book with some different workout routines.
I am always looking for ways to mix up my workouts. This book provided some new insights and workouts that incorporate strength, suppleness (simple yoga), and basic meditation. Highly recommend.
Good book geared toward the strength you need to survive bad situations. No pictures, but the illustrations make it clear.
This is a very interesting perspective. There are skill sets and ideas in here that I would have never thought about. Fitness isn't an easy thing for anyone as I'm learning daily but this book is truly a means of survival. Fury does a good job recognizing that fitness is something that we can survive with a little ideas and tweets of recommendation. Good read!
This is a legit book with some basic training information that just about anyone can use. It helps eliminate excuses. It's well worth the cost.
Book is well written and well laid, program is easy to follow, giving you exercise guides. I would recommend this book if you are dedicated to follow a total healthy lifestyle.
