Survival Fitness Plan Self-Defense Training has been specifically created to be a highly effective yet easy to learn form of self-defense.
It is the result of many years of training and research in different martial arts from all around the world.
When you can no longer run, you must fight. Unfortunately, the need to fight often comes as more of a surprise than the need to run, so you need the techniques to be instinctive. This can only be achieved through training.
It is for this reason that Survival Fitness Plan Self-Defense must be given high priority in your fight and flight training.

When first learning Survival Fitness Plan self-defense, follow the order of these training lessons. They are somewhat progressive, meaning that some things shown in earlier lessons are needed in order to practice subsequent ones.
Once you know all the various techniques it is recommended to mimic the movements regularly. I like to do one “subject” per day after my morning super-burpees. It only takes me a couple of minutes and then I go into the yoga cool-down.
In the near future an official Survival Fitness Plan Parkour Training Manual will be created. Get it for free when it is released by signing up to our newsletter on the right.
