When first learning SFP Self-Defense, follow the order of these training lessons. They are somewhat progressive. You need some things shown in earlier lessons to practice later ones.
Once you know all the various techniques mimic the movements on a regular basis. I like to do one “subject” per day after my morning super-burpees. It only takes me a couple of minutes and then I do the yoga cool-down. This page acts as an index to all the lessons. They have been split into 6, i.e., 6 days. One “subject” per day. The 7th day is a rest day.
