Maybe these 3 reasons to go solo camping can change your mind.
This refers to overcoming fears.
Many people are afraid of being alone, especially when going out in the woods. Even if they have a companion, they are worried about what might be out there or the thought of doing everything by themselves.
Experienced people, specifically those who have experienced survival skills, are usually more confident in their ability to survive alone, but for those who are not, this activity can help you gain confidence and overcome your fears.
This leads us to the second reason.
Camping is more than just having fun and going out to explore. It also allows you to connect with yourself, which helps you appreciate the little things in life.
I receive a lot of inspiration when I go on a hike by myself and the same thing happens when you go camping alone.
Some people do soul searching, while others simply reflect and appreciate things.
The main reason for going solo camping for the Survival Fitness Plan is to practice your survival skills without distractions.
It's easier to go survival camping in a group since everyone has their own weaknesses and strengths to do different tasks.
However, when you're alone, you have to do everything by yourself, which really tests your survival skills.
Those are my three reasons to go solo camping: to overcome, connect, and improve.
Whether you go camping alone or with others, make sure you do it safely. Don't just pack your things and leave. It’s always best to go when you are prepared, and never leave without telling someone of your whereabouts.
